Treasure of My University Life
I have been different from other girls since I was a child. I used to innocently believe that I was the center of the universe. If there was no Crystal, the earth would not work. Frankly speaking, I was not free from this idea until I became a university student.
It has been the university life that has made me comprehend more of life. My university life is not only study, but also more about love and my experience of part-time jobs.
To be honest, I was looking forward to finding a handsome and rich boyfriend like other girls. However, life is a box of chocolates, and you don’t know what you will get. My boyfriend, whose parents are both farmers, is neither tall nor handsome. He wears many moles on his face, which is really impressive. However, I cannot resist his charisma. We knew each other in a martial art club in which we took part at the same time. Because of extreme tiredness, I gave up. However, with the help of perseverance, he stills a member of it. What’s more, he has been one of the best members. I am so proud of him. The way my boyfriend chased after me is different from others. Although we have been with each other for a long time, he didn’t tell me he loved me. One day, I couldn’t bear it any more, so I asked him whom he regarded me as. But he drew a big circle with
a small one in it and said to me, “I am the bigger one and you are the

smaller one”. I was moved at that time. I used to ask who the most important woman in his life was and I hoped to hear my name. However, he replied me without hesitation that it was his mother. On the one hand I was a little sad, but on the other hand I could tell what kind of person he was. Recently, he has been faced with so much pressure, because his father has passed away. I was invited to his home to comfort his mother and I had the opportunity to know more about his family. What a poor family! Therefore, I knew in my heart that if I wanted to have a better life, I had to work very hard. There would be no money from his parents to support us. What’s worse, my parents would hardly agree that we I married a poor man, because they didn’t want me to have a tough life. Although we would have much difficulty to deal with in the future, I didn’t regret. I believed in him for ever. He also used to ask me whether or not I would be with him and said if I refused him, he would not blame. But when I answered, “yes,” he cried like a little boy. I think love is based on your heart instead of money and appearance. It is a kind of spiritual joy that depends on mutual trust, respect and help. Love is the most beautiful part of our life. We mustn’t blemish it.
As for my part-time jobs, I think it is a very important part of the university life. I thought I would be a loser when face with so much pressure in the future. However, the experience of being a cell phone promoter changed my mind. I tried my best to do my job and I sold several cell phones by myself. When I left, the manager told me I would succeed in my future job because I performed very well this time. This experience not only gave me money but also made me more confident. As long as you work hard and you are careful enough, you will get a big success.
