一 陈述观点（stating an opinion）

三 反对意见（disagreeing with an opinion）

四 进行有礼貌的否决（How to disagree politely with an opinion）

五 坚决的否认 （How to disagree strongly with an opinion）

六 就自己阐述的观点进行总结时的用语（conclusion）
What I said was… 我刚刚所说的就是
What I mean to say was… 我的意思就是说
let me repeat what I said... 我重复一下我刚刚所说的
let me rephrase what I said... 我复述一下我刚刚所说的
That’s all I want to say. 这就是我想说的全部

注意事项：
1.主要以短小句子为主，用词不要太复杂，道理浅显尽量使对方无法驳倒。
2.语速要慢。你的目的是让所有在场的人听懂。
3.语气坚定，吐字清晰。
4.注意把握时间，尽量用总分的方式在要求的时间内表达自己的观点。先抛出观点，再进行解释。
5.微笑，自信，气场很重要。
