My favorite sport
As we know, doing exercise is important to keep fit. Many people think sports is a loan, but I like doing sports. My favorite sport is running. It is not only good for keep healthy but also helpful to keep high mind.
I run every day. Sometimes, I ran with my friends. We encouraged each other to insist on running when we are tired. That contributed our friendship to be better. I also made some new friends. Sometimes, I ran alone. I still felt happy because I could appreciate the beauty of nature such as the green trees, the colorful flowers, sunset and so on.
From running, I learnt something about life, as well. Examples can be easily given. Although I felt exhausted every time, I would still keep on running. Step by step, I got across the finish line. I got a lesson, that even if you were in need, only keeping on, you would achieve your goal eventually.
As far as I am concerned, running is beneficial to me, not only in physic but also in mental. I regard running as one of my best friends. That is why running is may my favorite sport.
