摘要：A method and an apparatus for communicating healthcare information utilize aset of codes to communicate healthcare data in a convenient manner. A set of codes each
corresponding to respective healthcare data is generated. The set of codes is stored in amemory associated with a portable terminal. Selection of at least one codecorresponding to healthcare data relevant to a patient is detected, where after theselected at least one code is wirelessly transmitted to a recipient.
